I know it has been a long time since I last made a post, but here is a new helpful website for teachers. Reading a blog that I follow, I ran across this site and was intrigued at the games, activities and videos. The site is for pre-k through elementary grades and at the end of each lesson there is a short quiz to assess the students. Okay, okay so enough small talk the site is www.cookie.com. Cool Math Games is a great site for students to play and learn at the same time.  The thing I like most about the site is that it offers games for children 3-5 years old.  This site is sure to keep your students entertain for center time or while they are at home.

Here is another great website that I have run across. It has a lot of fun games for students to play and while playing they are learning. What a great way to teach.  My favorite part is Reading Comprehension because students can practice this skill.  Here is the site:

Super Teacher Worksheets

These websites are not for students but for teachers as a great resource.

Okay, so I love this website. Especially when using it with my Promethean Board at school.  I love all the worksheets that are on this website. It has a worksheet for just about anything you want and are teaching.  There are some great printables.

Another great website is Have Fun Teaching.  This site has a ton of worksheets, educational videos, fun activities, and songs for kids.  Teachers will love this site.  So take a look and enjoy!

I know everybody has heard of this site, but while searching for great websites to use I ran this one again.  It never ceases to amaze me with all the great games loaded on this site.  So allow the students a small amount of time to go and play games on the computer while learning is taking place.  Old tricks are the best tricks.  Have a great day.
